Spacers for progressive springs, Part II

Well, after reading all the responses to my first post, I took an afternoon and did the ride, evaluated, and adjust thing.  Here is my final formula in case it helps anyone else.

Spacers 5/8" made from original spacer
      (edges polished with a dremel to prevent scratching)
15W fork oil, filled to 145mm from the top of the tube with the forks
         fully compressed

I found that this provided plenty of dampening and a good ride without being harsh on some of the 2nd rate roads around here.
