Dan had some starter issues, but a few push-starts later, we had a good ride.  He was nice enough to keep the pace down as I kitty cat-footed through the curves with my newbie fear of leaning.

I ended up doing about 120 miles, by the time I got back home.

I definitely need a LOT of practice leaning into some slow curves...preferably in a large, empty parking lot.

Anytime you want to head out, let me know.  I'm in Bethesda.

hehe.... yeah, we had a good time once i got my bike running.  ray had to give me a push down a hill in a parking lot to get it going.  i swear, that bike hates me.  at least it hasn't thrown me off yet.  anyway, i think my starter crapped out 'cause the relay clicks, but it doesn't crank over.  and somewhere along the way, my tach stopped working.

when i figure out why my bike won't start, i'll try and post more than 12 hours in advance of the next rideout.
