I've just finished fabricating an upper bracket for my race bodywork (yes its getting there man) and thought I would share it.

I designed it to fit older GSs without steering neck lugs and without needing any welding or drilling, though I think on mine I will drill and bolt it to the steering stop tab. Also its designed to fit many different types of bodywork. You just cut and bend different "ears" for the fairing and insert them into the upper stay.

Pretty cool eh?
It will cost $30 for me to make you one, or if you want to use this as inspiration to weld up your own, be my guest.

The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?
