Ok, so as you know from my posts in Meet and Greet, I've been pretty excited about the Carlisle Bike Fest.  So, I have been trying to get info from the two dealerships organizing group rides up there and no one knows what the f*** is going on.  No one knows which particular person is organizing the ride.  Then I call up the actual event place and I ask if there's lockers or check in for people to stow helmets and gear and crap and their response is that rider is responsible for all belongings and they don't know what people do with their helmets and crap.  So WTF, since I like to wear gear, I have to lug around my hemlet, mesh jacket, and backpack all day, as well as walk around in my hot cordura pants?  This whole thing is turning into a cluster f*** and I'm bitter because it sounded like a good time.  I'm definitely not riding up with some peeps who don't have their s*** together.   :x  :x  :x
Dude, what does mine say?  Sweet!  What about mine?

Honestly I thought about riding down to check it out.  But then I figured it would be nothing but chrome, chrome and more chrome.  Not to mention a predominatly anti-anything thats not a Harely type crowd.  Not worth the ridiculous crowds to see the same bike over and over again.

Now a Zuki/Yama/Honda/Kawa fest, that would be sweet.

The GS500 is the safest bike on the planet, it can just barely kill you.
