do the oil pans swap?
saw two today at shop
what do they go for?
4599 didn't sound too bad if you were buying new...which i won't
what are ...ajs brakes?
never seen them before.....wait....it was spanish built....probably spanish forks also

And what was spanish made... You looking at a spanish GS... or mexican GS ...

The new oil pan *probably* fits the old cases. but there may be some different plumbing inside for the oil cooler.  Won't know until they post the micro phishes online, or one of us with experiance with the older motors cracks a new one open.

The GS500Fs are assembled in Spain and use Spanish sourced forks and brakes (which is a good thing).

MSRP from Suzuki is $4999, so $4599 is a good price, and a VERY GOOD price if thats the "out the door" ammount.
