OK I wanted to post this earlier but forgot...
OK The case savers are all hand made and hand cut and welded up with a jig... but still leave a lot of variance... AKA... no 2 of them are identical...
They all fit my bike, but I dont know how every one elses bikes are, if they have more goopy welds... or anything. I ahve put in enough tolerances just like the factory did... to elongate the holes, drill the holes to a larger diamater etc etc... So I will pick the rights and left to be near identical, and send them. You should be able to fit it with a couple of washers and the bolts I send ... there is enough room to fit them well outside the frame... just use a spacer or washers to locate them. Its actually better I think to have them just ~ 1/8 th inch off the motor... in case you crash... you dont want the case savers hitting the motor anyway. In case you have fit issues... you can shave off some material off the sides of the end plates to clear. I dont think any of that will be required, but I just want to make it clear. They fit my bike just fine... but suzuki isn't actually known for very tight tolerances on these things... BTW mine give you more flexibility than the stock suzuki ones... which BTW fit Davipu's bike just fine.... Next time, I am using 7/8th OD tubing just for this reason.
Cool.
