Got my gear

Got my gear over the weekend:

Fieldsheer Mach 2 Jacket
Fieldsheer Sonic Air pants
Alpine star SMX boots
ALpine star gloves (carbon over knuckles, can't remember model #)


Did I Do alright?

If it's comfortable and will protect you then you did allright.  I just wear an old 26 year old leather jacket, boots, gloves and a helmet...well I wear pants too, not naked ya know. Love the GS500 and this forum.

Riding around town I know I should put all of my gear on but my town is small and I usually have jeans, my smx boots, helmet , jacket and gloves.  I know this isn't the best method but it is what works getting around town and not looking like a motocrosser or someone trying to rob a bank,

Let me know what you think of those FS pants.  I just bought some FS Astro pants and I think they will be a little on the warm side even without the liner.  They do have lots of armor (knees/shins and hips) and padding, though.
