purple GS on Angeles Forest 9/5 around 1pm-who was it?

I was with a group hanging out at Hidden Valley Cafe (I think that's what its called), on Angeles Forest Hwy today and while we were pulling out a guy on a purple gs500 and his buddy (didnt catch his bike, but not a gs) pulled in.

He was wearing blue/white/black leathers...anyone here?
