please help with forks

:dunno: I unfonately bent forks on my bike. I ha either loosened or removed most of what I can think of, but I still can't get the damn things off. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. I would love to be able to ride again. Thanx.

please search for forks.     trying "fork seals" may yeild better results, there was a link to a pic by pic how to about a month ago
