New GS500F, how many miles do you have?

Got mine on the 10th. Have 500 miles exactly. I'm getting it registered today and its really nice out already so probably going to throw the last 100 of break in on it today. Sweeeeet.

I'm planning on getting the GSR Fairing from Brazil after I pay the bike off. So around Christmas I might have my 04 fairing up for sale to anyone who might want it.

Since starting this post a month ago, I've racked up another 2200 miles, at 7000 now and still love it and still love this site.

what are the suburban bars , you're right, i don't like the bars on my 2004 500f, either.  

I am very interesting in replacing them.

Here is a link to the bars mentioned with pics installed on a 500f. My question to those who have installed them is if rotating the front brake down (Required to clear the Tach gauge) affects the ergos of the front brakes. Did it take alot of getting used to? I am interseted mainly for looks but would like to hear some comments on performance/comfort.

OH, BTW forgot to answer the subject in this thread. Got my Yellow  "F" mid-March and have a little over 7k on her. Havent had much time to post to the board , but I'm planning on catching up once I put her to bed for the Winter.

I have about 2200 miles on the ole 2004 of mine. Run's great, no probs with it at all.  Looking to maybe but an Akropovic Muffler, they have the part number on thier website but i need to call for the price.
