turning signal problem

Hi All,

I recently changed my front and rear turn signal.  I went and got a shorter stem L.E.D. turn signal.  I installed them and for some reason, when I click on either side (left or right) both turn signal comes on at the same time.  I don't know why this is happening, it was a clean swap.  Any suggestions on what I should look at first.  I checked on all the connection and they look fine to me..

maybe not the exact same problem, but you should check this thread.
you probably need a new flasher relay at least.
