i dont get how you can take the grip off the left side.. (clutch side).. it's glued on like crazy... do i just force it out?? what is the pipe size? so i can get the bar ends...

To get the grip off you just have to work a thin screwdriver under it. This way you get the glue. Then just put something thin between the prip and the Light switch box (the one housing the high/low beam switch) and pull the grip off. The more you squeeze the grip the harder it will be. The more you bend or try to force the grip the harder it will be. The more you curse and strugle, the harder it will be. The more you... you get my point. Once the glue has been broken it needs a gentle touch. Also, when reinstaling it, just push it onto the bar by using the palm of your hand (it slides right on).

Re glueing is not exactly needed... Just use soapy water and it will dry into sticky stuff. You should push the grip out from the inside ... with the part near the switch ... after breaking the glue ... WD40 spray works well ... pulling on the loose end makes the rubber shrink in dia abd grip the bar harder ...  remember Poisson's law... The clutch fitting should be loosened by sticking a small screw driver in the opening and gently prying it open.... they tend to close on tightening ... and switches no problem there ... they split open and come into 2 halves but make sure you dont touch the choke fitting (small metal tab on bottom and the plastic spring loaded resistance piece inside it...)

Well that little metal plate, and there is a spring pushing on a plastic plunger ... you have those 3 you are good.
