I'm guessing the board is less than 10sqin.  If you use PCBexpress, you could get 20 boards for $220 ($11/board) and get your boards in 30 hours.  Or you could put 3-4 copies of the circuit on one board and pay $200 for 10 boards ($5-7/board) and cut them yourself.

I had thought about using PCB express but I would have to make so many boards to make it worth my time.  Already I am not making a ton of money making these things so by increasing cost I'd be shooting myself in the foot.  Now If I got 50-100 people so sign up and Pay first then I would use PCBexpress but not with 20 one-offs.

Hey Pablo, can you take a picture of those "quick splice" connectors you used to connect the wiring?  I'm not sure what those are or where to get them.

JeffD

should be at radio shack, also try  "inline wire splice"   basically its a Plastic box with two channels in it (for wire) and then a cap that has a piece of metal protruding.

JohNLA

Just tie a good knot and throw a 1/2 a cent worth of electric tape on there. If you get the wiring wrong you can take it apart. I have rewired entire wiring harnesses that way.

You're awesome Kerry, thanks. I'll see if I still have that photo or maybe I'll just pull off the seat tomorrow and shoot another if it's possible (may be tucked too far under the rear body...)

Hey pablo did you hear about the trick with TRIPOD?  where you upload the picture as a "FILE" not a picture and rename it whatever.txt and then act like it is a picture and the firewall wont block it.   :thumb:   For example i have
