OK I got it saturday, sunday I was swamped with other people's bikes, monday, tue it has rained when I make it home, and today the whole day its raining.
I have to do it in my driveway, due to assorted crap in the garage. I will get it on the first sunny day and send it immediately after.

Done tonight.  Took longer than expected because all 4 valves didn't clear the 0.8 all the way down to the 0.3.  I thought I was going nuts until I realized I missed a decimal place.     In the end only one valve was slightly tight, and since there wasn't a 255 shim in the bag, I just swapped out my 260 for a slightly smaller 260.
