First of all, there was a flash thuderstorm that made my commute home an absolute nightmare. And then my headlight and turn signals failed to work! I didn't even know until somebody told me! I have no idea what's going on...maybe a blown fuse? I hope that's all that is. The ignition still works and the brake light still works.

Ahhh!!!!!

If any lights at all work when you turn the ignition on or the starter turns over (or tries to turn over) when starting, then the fuse is good.

What else doesen't work.  Horn, indicator lights?

indicators don't work, high beams work, horn doesn't work

Lots of the wires/connectors are in the headlight housing.  I have weird problem with the instrument and led lights that were fixed by wiggling the connectors in the headlight housing.  Might be worth a try.

Many of those are associated with the left handlebar switch housing.  You might check those wire connections and switches.

thanks, guys. I will try it tomorrow.

I'll be okay if I'm armed with the Clymer's right?
