Nope, mounting points are different, but JamesG was working on and now somebody else is taking over his work on getting a conversion set of carbon/kevlar fairings/tanks for the 00 and later bikes to look like the 01+.  I'm sure he'll chime in with any progress on the transfer of the molds and corresponding work.

The mounting pounts are a little different and the tank shape is a little different.  You can fab or have someone bend new tabs for the fairings.  I was going to use thin stainless sheet to bend over the subframe.  If you locate the hole and mark the metal a sheetmetal shop or air conditioner duct work company will bend the parts for a few bucks.
