battery "hissing" while charging????

hmm... the non sealed battery doesn't seem to be leaking... and I have the drain house routed against the back of the passenger left foot bracket so even if it does leak a little it will be on the road.. not under a tire or anything..

Oh well it doesn't leak, I managed to squeeze 5 years out of such a battery ... just that you will lose a bit of acid .. now on occassion when your acid starts bubbling when it heats up and its charging etc... more of it will overflow ... Just use side stand at a minimum ... That's all ...
