Spending money to make you and your bike aerodynamic is not just cosmetic.  Just adding a windshield to my bike increased my topspeed and mileage (not to mention improved comfort.  
This one, http://www.whaccessories.com/GS500GIM2.jpg, from wild hare accessories looks pretty good and is a little cheaper.  I hear the brazilian one at least comes with clip-ons so they may cost about the same.
