do you tighten the exhaust bolt on the right side?(top one) i cant get a bolt in there straight enough to make it real tight...

My exhaust bolts are allen-headed bolts... I just use a long 6mm allen wrench,  long end in....

Slide it in behind the frame rail, and it should work fine... if you cant get enough leverage on it to tighten it, attatch a small crescent wrench and use that as a handle.
