my gs500 F 2004 is weird... when i rode it up to 70 mph, the revving sounds start to get louder.  i thought that if i kept crunching it up to 80 + the engine probably gonna sound really loud.  is that normal?  maybe ive only drove cars so i didnt notice much noise?

Well, in addition to the engine noise, which gets higher as you rev, you also get additional wind noise at 70-80, which will be louder than it would be in a car...   :dunno:

What you are most likely hearing from the bike is induction noise- the sound of the air howling through the airbox and into the engine.  It gets louder the faster it is forced to go, probably because of increased turbulence.
The stock muffler on these things is so quiet you will not here it at all at those speeds (and neither will the car beside you).
