alarm suggestions?

I noticed a few topics here and there about motorcycle alarms and i found a two on ebay for some pretty awesome prices (less than $175 CDN shipped to Canada and even cheaper shipping for US)

I just wanted everyone's opinion on which one would be the best in terms of features:

Cheetah full alarm system:

In Philly the bike theives don't steal GS's, but a friend in NYC uses this:


If a pro with a pickup wants your bike he will have it regardless of the alarm that you have on the bike (or your car for that matter)
