sorry if I bogarted your FS wheel pic from ebay

I think this suggestion is the best one so far. The wheel is readily recognizable as a GS wheel, it leaves room for caption and with some smoke and/or flames it would look sweet!
I think the nature of this thread should be modified slightly to include logo suggestions (posted) along with names.

I got "Lil' Buddha Loves You of the Dead Donkey's"...that thing is good-I wonder how it knows I'm a little Buddha Loves You?

I think that wheel patch is good..maybe you can make it look like its burning out by having the dirt behind it being kicked up and make the wheel look like it'spinning. Just an idea.

I HAVE A COUPLE IDEAS BUT....

I dont know how to post pictures.

I tend to prefer a recognizable part of the bike over the bike as a whole. like the tailsection, or the wheel (oh, that's my horn I'm tootin'), or the instrument cluster. I think stuff like that tends to look a little more classic. I'm kinda tall so I'd like to minimize cartoon elements, if for no other reason than to selfishly cut down on my own "clown factor"

Gods Twin

Hi folks,

I just typed "Godstwin" and/or "Gods Twin" into a search engine out of curiosity (which allegedly killed the cat!) and came across your site and message board! My reason for the initial search is that I am the singer in a Glasgow (Scotland) based band called......Gods Twin! As you can imagine, I was amazed to see someone else using the name outside of musical or magickal circles (more on the origin of the phrase later for anyone who cares). So I thought I'd take this opporchance-ity to plug my band to a group of complete and total strangers!

Anyhow, we're basically a balls-out rock/metal band influenced by, to name a few, Soundgarden, Motley Crue, Our Lady Peace & Faith No More. I'm Tommy, the singer and there's another three dudes on guitar, bass & drums. We have written, recorded & performed as Gods Twin since 2003 and have a good following. At present, we're unsigned but have two self-financed EP's available (E-mail me if you're remotely interested in getting a copy of them) and you can check out the website for pics, audio, video & other stuff on: http://www.godstwin.com. You're more than welcome to e-mail me for more info or whatever on either:

godstwin@hotmail.co.uk or eat_the_jobby@hotmail.co.uk

As for the meaning of the phrase "Gods Twin", it's based in kabbalistic terminology. Although I do have an interest in magick, I simply thought that it was a good, memorable name for a band! The phrase itself is a transliteration of the hebrew word "Thaumiel" meaning "Twins Of God" (Linguistically, this is broken down into "Thaum" basically meaning "Twin" and "El" the feminine form of the Hebrew word for "God" which is "Al". So "Thaum" "I" "El" = Twins Of God. - Yes, it's sad that I actually know this but it's something I'm interested in!). So any kabbalists reading this can chastise me for any errors and everyone else can think I'm an oddball. :)

Well, that's all I had to say so PLEASE check out the website and/or e-mail us if you want to hear more about "Gods Twin" the band.

Thanx for reading & All the best,

Tommy :)

I vote for hot twins. It doesn't have to be in the name. The slogan can include it in some way or can be a part of the title, like "Hot Twin Riders GSMC"
I came here to kick @$$ or chew bubblegum...and it looks like I'm all out of bubblegum.

To the prick who made the comment about the dead site :nana:
f%$k you!

The site's now up but the media is being updated at present so bear with us.

As for anything remotely satanic - No way! My personal interests involve magick, certainly not satanism which is more of a philosophy than a religion. I am of no religion & the band is nothing to do with my occultism - I just thought it was a good name!

So anyone who checks the site - Thanks!

To that guy - Suck My Balls Fuckface.

Wow! That Gods Twin guy really put me in my place. I feel so bad now....he posted a site that still does not work about a band that sucks and has nothing to do with this forum or what any of us are even talking about.
I guess that's what happens when your in a loser joke garage band that does cover tunes of Men Without Hats. I guess that's what happens when your the opening act for Thompson Twins........He really told me....

EDub

LOL are we gunna have to send this thread to the tard farm?

cummuterguy

I don't think the 'godstwin' guy understands the whole "tard farm" concept anyway.

I think it should have been sent to the "Tard Farm" when the GodsTwin guy showed up. He really messed up a good thread... :x

:nana: And Opening for Boy George and Men Without Hats......GodsTwin! :nana:
