Double-post protection feature disabled on GSTWIN?

It seems like ever since the website crash there have been double-posts all over the place.  I remember seeing a window popping up pre-crash that says something like "You may not repost within 60 seconds."  And I remember last week when I accidentially double-posted that window didn't pop up.  Is there some feature that somebody forgot to enable?  Just curious.  :dunno:
