Damn that's good, but wait, does it include comp and collision and what's the deductible?  who's the carrier?

BTW: A buddy's car got side-swiped while parked (hit and run).  He's got uninsured motorist coverage, but his carrier (State Farm I think) said they wouldn't pay 'cuz "how do they know if the other car was insured or not?"  He's fighting it, but is that ridiculous or what?

Any advice to pass on is appreciated.

I'm 20, 1 at-fault car accident, no tickets, been riding six months, State Farm, liability only, $40/month.  When I started it was $80/month and then it magically got cut in half after 3 months.  I called to ask them why my bill said $40 (thought it was an extra charge) and they explained that it was my new premium but they couldn't tell me why.

I thought about a lower-priced insurance (similar to the one you mentioned) with a MUCH lower annual rate, but friends recommended me against it because they are more difficult to work with if you ever have to file a claim.  Hope that never happens, but just in case...
