In theory it should be just like the red one, Dom - the black one's owner cut the header pipe too long and didn't bother going back in and trimming it I think ... Also remeber each bike could be a bit different ... depening on if the header pipe is bent in or bent out or how tight each of its head exhaust bolts are or any other factors ... so where you fit it has some breathing room.
Now the next lot of flanges are going to be a bit looser fit at the slip on connection ... so you have ample freedom ... you might have to stuff some exhaust tape in the middle to seal it up too ...

How much will it be for the flange and midpipe?  Also how much for shipping?  I live in longview TX.  2 hours east of Dallas.  Thanks

Mine will actually be about another 1/2" forward, my stock header pipe will be trimmed just a little more before I weld the adapter on this weekend.

I will be needing one with a restrictor plate installed.  Because I dont have the money for jets.  Sorry Tdan I need one with a restrictor.

That's Ok, I'm not planning on making them. Flanges are Srinath's gig. I just like to see if I can do things myself before buying from someone.

Hey 94suzuki500,
I guess shipping should be ~$10 or so USPS ... flange is $40 ... and send me a check ... cos it might be a week or 2 before I finish them. I need to have most of the 6 sold before I start them ... I dont want to have lots of $$$ tied up in them ... If I sell only 3-4 I'll make just 3 or 4 ...

Alright sounds cool and good on the price.  Will I need the 93-95 cbr900rr pipe or the 96-97 cbr900rr canister?  I will buy a midpipe and flange from you if you make it before I send payment as I do not want my money sitting around while it is being made.  Also will a money order be good for a check.  Thanks

Get a 96-97 CBR one we are certain that will fit... the 93-95 most likely is the same thing ... but I haven't got on in the past so I am not 100% ...

Alright sounds good.  But I hope you havent started making one yet cause my dad says he wants to know about the restrictor.  He said that I cant buy one till he gets a pic of the restrictor in place. Sorry about this, I am only 17 so my dad wants to check out what I am buying.  You can send the pic to big-ben13@juno.com .  Sorry about this. Thanks
