where can I find the needles, jets, and shims so that I can rejet my bike?

I don't want to spend 70 bucks on the dynojet...

Yea I got mine from Dennis Kirk, $6 for both pilots, and $6 for the mains.  If you do order from there be sure to get 37.5 pilots because they are the bleeding type,  I have the pleasure of re-ordering another set.  Then for shimming the needles just go to you parts stores and find some #4 stainless steel washers.  If any of the above about the pilots are wrong feel free correct me.

Shims either at hobby store or home depot. The rest being in Toronto I'd try Victory circle in Vaughn.

Just rejetted mine this weekend. ordered jets from SUDCO/MIKUNI for about 30 bucks. Here are the part numbers and their website. I had no luck getting jets from my dealer.

2* #20 bleed airjets / pilot (sudco part # 004.564 )
2* #62.5 mid-main (sudco part # 004-270)
2* #137.5 main. (sudco part # 004.300)

Mine is an 04, UNI drop in, Wileyco slip on. Different configurations may be necessary, depending on what setup you have. Should be the same for 01+

Hey sprint 9 how is the bleed type 37.5's working. Has the low end and cold start and long warm up's got better. I need some experimental evidence that 37.5 bleed's = 40 non bleeds.

Cant really answer that right now because my bike is in 3 million pieces.  I ended up ordering the wrong pilots to because I though they were the non-bleeding type so now I have 40 bleeding pilots instead of the 37.5 bleeding ones.  What would be the consequences if I kept the 40 bleeders instead of getting the 37.5 bleeders?
