04 ignition different??? How??

I understand that the 04 ignition rotor and plate is different some how.  Or at least I think I remember reading that bob cannot modify the 04.

My question is how it is different.  Specifically will the rotor is what I am interested in.  Will a V&H advancer still work for a 04 or is it that different.  

Maybe a picture from someone with a 04 will help.
