Input for oil sending line for turbo project

I have posted a few questions already here.  My senior design project to build a turbo-kit for the GS is well under way now.  

I was looking for some helpful suggestions for running oil to the turbo.  Mainly, the easiest way to do this with our bikes...

For the oil return I plan on running it straight into the oil filler cap.  

Let me know if you guys have any thoughts.  Thanks

there's a silver bolt on the right side, near the bottom... sort of next to the lower motor mount.  That's pressurized.

Cool...I'll check that out.  

As far as pics, currently the bike is mostly just torn apart.  I'm evaluating different designs.  I was thinking on mounting the turbo basically where the airbox is located since the airbox and carbs will be removed.  I also may mount the turbo sideways on along the rightside of the motor, exposed so it won't heat everything else up and the exhaust manifold would be much shorter.  I'll try and get some pictures up.

your going to use the turbo as a "Draw threw" type?  i dont think its going to work very well, CV carbs tend to freeze up

I realize this.  It is possible for them to freeze around 50 deg or cooler.  I am running a draw through setup in order to keep the kit as cheap and simple as possible, while still achieving the desired power gains.  I am also in the middle of considering what carburetor I am going to run.

Instead of putting the oil return in the dipstick hole, I would drill and tap a return into the case.  Reason is...  If you sacrifice the dipstick you lose the *feature* of checking the oil level (unless you're putting in a see through sight plug which would require cover removal anyway).  If you drilled/tapped the dipstick cap for a return line and left the dipstick intact, you'd still have to disconnect a return line to check your oil.  Or maybe I missed which oil filler you were talking about?

For the oil supply, could you plug into the oil press sender?  I would pull out the sender and put in a hogged out fitting, connect up some braided line and run it through the case somewhere above the oil level.  Sealing it through the case might get tricky though...

Let me know if you need any steel welded (exhaust or what-not).  I can't do aluminum but if you want to mark up some parts I'll weld em up for you.

oil press sending unit is behind the rotor and pickup plat, would be hard pressed to tap into that and make a clean exit. the lower oil gally would be choice 1 and perhaps upper cam galley (dependant on pressure drop of turbo unit) would be 2
