I order a pair of gloves (teknic chicanes I think)
they were too big, and ugly, and imo not made very well.

I swapped them out for joe rocket phoenix 2.0's.
they were UNCOMFORTABLE as crap because of the back of the thumb armor wearing a hole in my skin.

I just called them, and they're sending me TWO sizes of the firstgear trophy gloves... she said just send the other pair back with the phoenix's.

I love that place.

They have probably the best customer service of any business that I have ever dealt with. They did basically the same thing with me when I was trying to find what leather suit would fit right.
Common sense in not very common.

Ditto that.  That is where I got my Joe Rocket.

They blow stuff out on e-bay too. . .

That is how you run a freakin' business!  :thumb:

places like that really reset my meters as far as measuring what good service is. I bought my JR ballistic jacket there and received the same levels of care that you guys have had. I've got ::ahem:: 'freakishly' long arms and was concerned about fitment. all the other jackets I own (non MC jackets) are larges, and the sleeves generally are livable. I made brief mention of it in the "notes" section along with an order for a large jacket. They put my order on hold and contacted me about sizing. the lady I spoke to recommended I try a "hard to fit" sized jacket, but they were more expensive than I had budgeted at the time. I ended up trying on an xl size JR jacket at the stealer to assess fitment, and ordering a similar JR jacket from newenough. The lady assured me that if I had any problems, they'd be more than happy to work with me the same way they're helping se7enty7 with the gloves. she was great to work with. prompt, helpful, and amazingly understanding. I decided from that experience that they will be the first place I check for gear from then on. I don't care if they're not the cheapest (their prices *are* usually terrific, btw). If they have what I'm looking for, I'm buying it there. Businesses like that have worked damn hard to support their customers and earn a good reputation.  They DESERVE our support.

Riz

Ditto on the love.  Ordered my gloves (Held) and boots (Sidi) and got them in a few days (TX to SoCal).

Ordered a jacket (A* Dyno) from an AZ company the same week and got it three weeks later.  :guns:

Should've settled on the A* TZ-1 instead of the A* Dyno, then I could've bought everything from New Enough.  Lesson learned.

I went ahead and forwarded this link to Paul at New Enough. He was pleasantly suprised to say the least, and said thanks.

Since we're sharing the love.... I wanted to follow up on my message.  They were so great about the return policy... I received a defective pair of pants (appeared to be a manufacturing defect) and they had me a new pair in no time.   Also, I had ordered a pair of the oxtar boots which didn't fit.  I sent them back and had a new pair in quite a respectable amount of time.

I've conversed with Megan via email and another nice woman on the phone. They were always polite and genuinely looking to help.

I had made a mistake by ordering some other apparel elsewhere... I can guarantee you it won't happen again.  I even sent my girlfriend there to buy my icon milspec vest for me for christmas

Also,  I love that weekly email.....  keeps me going back to look at more stuff!

I've dealt primarily with sandra.... awesome CSR...

Here's what I like... they don't expect you to go without gear.  I hate dealing with mail/phone order returns where I'm without my stuff for 2 weeks time to ship the return, then receive the new product...

MOMMA! I ordered my helmet and jacket on monday night...wednesday afternoon they were at my door. That's just crazy. I don't even check other sites prices anymore, I'll just buy from there. 'nuff said.
