Front Fork Too Soft!

Hey, does anyone have a good remedy for the softness in the front forks?  I have a 99 gs.   Can i put more oil in the forks to stiffen them up? HELP!

get progressive springs...do a search...TONS of threads about it...

it's the FIRST mod ppl do to the GS...

Progressives help trememdously!

But to answer your question, don't add more fluid. Changing your fluid out for a heavier weight might help a little, but adding more (above the required amount) will blow your seals.

The stock springs are a cruel joke Suzuki played on their customers. Replace them with progressives as soon as possible. You will be sooooo happy. :mrgreen:
