Well not here but in Europe it is....here they say around 2006

:x  :x  :x

Cycle World gave it a decent writeup...not great just decent.  The beast weighs in at 530# claiming 89 hp and 111 ft. pds of torque. Bloody sixty in wheelbase...yikes.  Optional solo seat and Akropovic cans.  Ya i sound like an ad.  Still she's perrrrrty.

I love 'em nekkid...

pretty cool, but i'm personally WAY more excited about Harley's new Street Rod...AND they're available this year (not that i could afford one anytime soon but thats besides the point )...motorcyclist gave it a pretty good review...its a v-rod with a more aggressive riding position...no more cruiser lean...

Pretty sharp looking. It sure is loooooooong. You design pros, other than being able to handle more power w/o lifting the front, what does such a long wheelbase do for you on a bike?

not so bouncy over bumps for sure, but that can be done with suspension to.
Accelerate like your being chased, Corner like you mean it, Brake as if you life depends on it.
Ride Hard...or go home.

Its you Vs the pavement.....who wins today?

They're calling it a sport cruiser  :dunno:  the harley street rod weighs in at 600# with a 67 inch wheelbase.  The reviewers said that in a 40deg. bank the pegs scraped a bit which is like 5+ degrees improved from the v-rod but when compared to a Buell XBS which could take a 55 deg. bank.
Did i mention the Harley is Huge..??  :o  :o  :o

I guess this imitation means Buell has arrived as a marque of influence.  Looks cool but I'll never own one- where would i stow my banjo, my son and his fiddle?

Yes, Michael, Eric should be proud; his styling has finally arrived. And just like the copies of the HD's I have to ask; why would someone dis the original and then go and drool over what is an obvious copy? I'll take the original Coke Classic please. Love the White Owl and this forum.

Please tell me i'm not the only one who got a tingly feeling when they looked at the rear end shot of that bike?

nice styling.  I could see myself on it. But I need a Buell XB9R first.

While this is obviously trying to carve into the HD v-rod market,  They are doing the same thing the japanese makers have been doing for years - making it better.  To me this is more of a streetfighter than the XB's, which have more plastic than Joan Rivers.  Just look at all that metal and chrome, the headlight,  the aggressive stance, futuristic styling... I would take this animal over an HD or buell any day.
I came here to kick @$$ or chew bubblegum...and it looks like I'm all out of bubblegum.

I don't really recall seeing any plastics on the XB's I've visited recently...just good ol' American iron.  Love the Baby G and the forum.

I don't see anything of the V-Rod or Street Rod in this bike.  I don't think the MT is a "sport cruiser".  I see a streetfighter there.  And I like it!

Especially that exhaust!  WOW, momma.

The thing that goes where a tank would be is plastic, as are the bikini fairings, side panels, and rear seat cover. Love the XB - it stores it's fuel in it's frame, and it's oil in the swingarm. Not an excessive amount of plastic by any means.

Ahh yes...well the XB's are a different class entirely. Beautiful bikes.  A buddy has an XB 12..so compact and vicious looking.  You could be in Manhattan and hear him warming up the bike in Jersey... :P  :P  :P

Now if choosing between an XB9 and an XB12.....hmmm

ps...love the helmet...

Me likes the 12...but i'd take both if i could.  Alternate the days i ride 'em until i get a 999 ...

If I had a pot of gold to use to pay for cars, bikes, and lap dances, the XB City X (or City Cross, whatever) would the the first thing in my garage (then the EVO, then Jenna).
