why would you need to splice or drill new holes?  new turning signals should plug right up into the harness and should mount right up aswell?

or are you just talking about these particular turning signals?

1.  I picked these signals up off of ebay....they'd allready been spliced...

2.  Since these signals were not designed for the GS, they have a different mounting system.  You have to drill the holes in order to mount them.
