Joe here, from M.R. Cycles. I'm the webmaster for a four line dealer in Asheville N.C.

... I've been checking the weblogs on our website and it seems a big thanks is in order for GStwin and its users.

This board has crept up to be our 25th ranked referrer! That's huge considering we rank in the top ten on most search engines and are well known on several other large messageboards.

Thanks Guys!  :thumb:

In appreciation I'll give you all a link that we sometimes use as a reference to get aftermarket product info/part numbers. Its most likely the only place you'll find the Parts Unlmt'd catalog online, as well as a couple others. Its nothing to write home about, seems a work in progress, but it does come in handy.
HERE is the link.

...btw, if this post is in any way unwanted, please feel free to remove it. The reason we showed up to say thanks is because so many of you have been coming to see us at www.mrcycles.com.

Thanks again
Happy Trails!

Im a car salesman and i can definitely relate to you with how nice referrals are, so congrats!

So, you don't mind that I put up a bunch of direct links on my Parts Fiche Links page?

I have found that, almost without exception, your prices are the lowest of the 4 dealers that I documented on that page.

Keep up the good work!

I did not realize that you are in Asheville. So shipping to me should be just as fast as Ron Ayers.
Common sense in not very common.

The Buddha

Does that mean we can ask you really obtuse questions ... like if I take a shock off an F3 honda and modded this and that ... it will fit a GS ... Just kidding ... Happy to have someone from teh other side of the fence ... OK be careful, there is a ton of dealer bashing ... nothing personal ... just that we have seen our fair share of quacks and spend most of our time un doing the damage from earlier owners/mechanics and do so on the cheap, not buying new parts from dealers. The whole concept is ... working on it makes you smarter and better at managing the bike, buying parts does not. So its a last last last resort. Some of us here are hard core ebayers, some others hate it, some will make everything they need ...
Cool.

Just a word of thanks from me as well. My name is Kevin and I am the Assistant Parts Manager here at MR Cycles. I actually run our wholesale department and I am the resident hooligan.

Over the last few weeks we(Joe and I) have seen increased traffic and sales of GS items. Joe did a little research and Bam! You guys just flat out rock!

If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know!

We do carry parts for Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha and Suzuki. Honda and Kawasaki has not given us permission to place their fiche online yet. Word through the grapevine is Kawasaki will be in the next few months. Honda wants to do something completely different.

For anything not listed on our site, call one of our sales staff at 800-359-0567 x100 and they will be glad to help.

Again, a BIG Thanks to all those here and those that are allowing MR Cycles to be their parts source!

yeah you guys are good guys.  I ordered from you about 5 months ago.  I have then since started referring people on this site to your site.  Your site was one of the first ones to have a GS500F microfiche  and that helped a great deal on this site.  thanks for the good service! I will continue to recommend you guys to other bikers as well.

I was just here to let you guys know that your site, at least for the 99 GS500E section, is not compatable with MoZilla browsers.
Here is what I see with Mozilla, the parts descriptions are black on black, so if you highlight them you can see them.

Works just fine with IE, but I figure I would just let you know. The site's awesome, and the prices are great!!!

We have been going around and around with the site with Firefox. It is actually the prefered browser here at work. Our web host says it is not their problem its a Firefox problem, so on and so on.......

Hopefully the next release of Firefox will cure the problem.

Thanks for the kind words guys!
