Anyone in Dallas,TX

Any mechanically minded people in the DFW want to do a once over on my bike for a case of beer?
So far I know I need to replace the fork seals, and some cosmetics.  Also the bike is running rich(pulled the plugs and they were not real bad but darker than they should be).  It just seems that the engine is very loud, and I wonder if it is normal or not.

Plus it would be cool to know someone around here that has the same kind of bike.  I'm capable of doing whatever work is needed to be done, I just don't know much on T/S ing.  I did a head replacement on my T/A by myself so I know how to turn a wrench.

where do you live in dallas area... I live in Allen. I might could help you. i did a carb re-build recently... and can wrench prettymuch anything as long as I have a manual.

I'm in Richardson.  No manual, yet.  I'm probably gonna go to the Half Price book store on Northwest Highway and pick one up there.  Last time i was there they had some of the Haynes ones for $7.
