Hey guys. Ok I just added k&n, jet kit and wileyco. I set it in the PRI position but, it wouldnt start. Checked the bowls... no fuel. I pulled my fuel line to the carbs and found that I can only get fuel with the hose pointed down to the ground. Shouldnt it flow as soon at I pull the line?

I funeled some fuel into the line (bypassing the petcock) and tried to start... Nothing still.

Not sure what the deal is. Everything looks like its connected right. Thank you for all replys.

Focur, I just spent 1.00 on 5/16 clear vinyl tubing from Lowes and replaced all my fuel lines with it so I can see what is going on. It helps as I fought fuel problems. The pitcock on the bottom of the fuel tank is "very" touchy, it has to be in the straight down position to flow properly. I've had mine apart several times and noticed a slight deflection one way or the other and it slows the flow way down. I'd say if you had it turned off its not perfectly open. I'm going to replace mine altogether in the next few weeks as its a piece of crap valve. The other thing is the screen on the inside of the tank may be gummed up and restricting. Open your tank cap, shine a light down from the right side of the tank to the left bottom and get a look see at the condition of the screen. It sticks straight up about 3 inches of the bottom right where your fuel lines are attaching to the bottom. Mine was pretty well gummed up, with it removed from the tank it held full of fuel. Its a screen to filter out large stuff only. I have an inline fuel filter at the carb inlet line so I just cut/ removed the screen material from the tank pitcock and rely on the inline filter to catch the crap.

I got it all figured out! Theres 3 settings on that tank mounted petcock... errr I assumed that there would only be an on one way and off the other. ASSUME.

Anyways thanks for the help!

No retards here Focer just learn from experience, don't feel bad, I did the same thing. Off/ on how simple is that then on the Gs there off/ on & lots of other in between.
