Do a search...there were several folks who said they got decent  covers at Walmart.

I got my cover from Walmart also. It's made in China so don't expect it to be superior quality but it seems to be really water tight. The fabric looks almost identical to the Sears lawnmower cover I paid $60 for. The sears cover turned to shreds within about 6 months. We'll wait and see what happens with the Walmart cover.

You misread my post. I bought the lawnmower cover for my lawnmower. Just comparing fabrics.

I second the Wal-mart cover.  It works really well and you can put it on your bike while it is still hot.  Also it was only $20.

heh,  If you want cheap.  A grill cover for a huge grill will work.  ($14)

Someone may be less likely to steal it then.
Common sense in not very common.

Unless they are looking to steal a Grill

I use a Nelson Rigg Defender 2000 cover on my bike that stays outside 8 monthes of the year.  Much thicker material than most walmart covers and is made to breath well (you want moisture to be able to escape).  After a year with it I am pretty satisfied, but my one complaint is that the bike is damp if i uncover it shortly after rain.  ~$50

OK, if you want REALLY cheap, I bought a 6x8 plastic tarp at Kmart for about $5. Use a bungee under the middle, crossing under the shifter and brake pedal. Another shorter bungee goes under the back tire on the tarp corners. Another bungee goes on the front corners and thru the front wheel spokes. Lastly, a real little bungee goes on the tail and then wraps around the rear reflector below the license plate.  This is with a windshield but the whole bike gets covered except for part of the front wheel/fender which doesn't matter.

But the Walmart cover sounds interesting, I might go check it out.
