Hi all,

This has happened a few times so far, if I ride my GS for a while so it gets really warmed up, sometimes when I stop at a light or something the Engine revs up to 4k and then slowly goes back down to idle after about 10-20 seconds. I checked to make sure the throttle cable isn't causing it, and I tripple checked the choke and my hand was actually off the throttle a few times when this happened. If i slowly let out the clutch until it starts to bite then the throttle will go down to idling normally.

This just happened again on my way to work just now and it looks like i can repeat the error if i just rev it to 4k, it seems to "stick" at 4k rpms and slowly go down after a while. Any idea what is causing this????

scratch

Order the jets from Cycle Gear on Meridian and Parkmoor (across 280 on Meridian) and I have washers for free. Installation is free (by me, of course ;) )!
Size 40 non-bleeder type from Sudco and 125 large round mains.

Ok, will do scratch :) thanks! Maybe when you come over to install the jets you can bring a dremel to help me do the fenderectomy, that thing is ugly! I've been thinking about going at it with the sharpest thing in my house, a steak knife!
