Sure. Have you already the size 40 non-bleed type pilot jets and adjusted the float height?
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

You shouldnt let the clutch out off idle ... 2500 minimum ... but OK 1/2 out on mix screw ... if it gets worse, try 1/2 in ... oh ... make sure choke isn't sticking open a bit ... and what scratch said ...
Cool.

What do you mean hesitation?  What would the precise symptoms of that be?

By hesitation I mean it feels like it bogs down a little at low revs, before it gets into the needle and main circuits of the carb.  I haven't read the plugs yet, but will check them to be sure.  Other than that, the jetting seems spot on with the 40 pilot and a 125 main.  It just needs a little fine tuning on the bottom end.

Also... does this indicate that the bike is lean at the low end?  or Rich?

nm/// I don't think this is my problem.  Mine does it like As soon as I start letting the clutch out (if I let it out quickly), not while idling

JCH you can diagnose a lean or rich condition by reading the plugs.  Start the bike and ride where the problem is in the rpm range.  Hit the kill switch then take the plugs out.  Whiter is lean, tan is perfect, blacker is too rich.
