SSSA on the GS, PICS

[D-Day]

I did an undertail exhaust on the stock GS swingarm.  The Hawk swing arm would allow the exhaust to go in front of the rear wheel instead of to the side of the swing arm.  It would look even slicker than this.


Damn, this project will never be done.

thanks for the suggestions.   nice pic too.   I think i'm going to do what you guys are talking about and move the shock's upper mounting point up a few inches. simple enough right? haha i'll report back when i get some more work done.

ken, what's your take on the condition of the Hawk shock you sent me?  if it were you would you: use it, fix it, find another one, or find a substitution? or something else?

You don't want the 2 into 1 that far back.  

Can you please do something about that god awful signature of yours?  On any proper Suzuki forum, they would have already banned you for having a h*nd* in your sig.

I love many forms of two wheels.  Just not h*nd*s.  

I think if the headers are too long, it screws with the power pulses that you get from the 2 into 1 or the 4 into 2 into 1 or 4 into 1 on the inline 4's.  It's also extra weight.

Stock undertail exhausts on dual sided swing arm bikes don't look good either.

Hey I remembered reading this and wanted to know if the SSSA ever got finnished?  If not then I'm needing to buy as many as I can find...if you'd be willing to let it go.

I also know how you should set up your suspension if that never got sorted out.
