words can't describe the feeling of losing a loved. just hang in there. you have plenty of people here on gstwin that care and will talk to you anytime. sorry about your loss. give it some time and just remeber all the moments you shared, good or bad.

Cal, I am very embarrassed if I don't recall you posting anything about your wife's illness before. Although I've never met you, you're still like a brother of the road and to hear of your loss made me go and hug Bebe and thank her for being there. My eyes are blurry as I type because I cannot imagine losing the one who is your life-long partner, and to have a brother who has lost and there is nothing I can do to comfort makes it even worse. Cal I love the little GS, I love Bebe, this forum and I love you too.

my condolences my two wheeled brother, it is hard to lose a loved one, if it would ease the hurt,  go pour yourself a glass of cognac, and drink a toast to her memory, my thoughts and prayers are with you and yours :(

Most here will never meet you in person, but many here appreciate the advice you offer.  As one of your many friends on-line, I wish you strength in this time of sorrow.

so sorry to hear about your loss.  Bottles never solve anything...  only time, reflection and a few prayers can ease this kind of pain...  I'll send one up for you.

Sorry to hear about your loss.
The final measure of any rider's skill is the inverse ratio of his preferred Traveling Speed to the number of bad scars on his body. It is that simple: If you ride fast and crash, you are a bad rider. And if you are a bad rider, you should not ride motorcycles.

Cal

I'm really sorry for your loss. Take comfort in the fact that those donations really do save lives. My nephew was born with a heart tumor which nearly killed him. he had 2 heart surgeries in his 1st week, and without someone making the difficult choice to donate, he would have died. Bless you and your wife, you'll both be in our thoughts and prayers.

Regards,
Riz

You're a great guy Cal, and she was fortunate to spend her time with you. If I could offer any valuable words, I'd say the end is really just a new beginning. Take care,

Cal, I'm deeply sorry for your loss. It's great, however, that her memory can last in the wonderful gift of life to someone else.
Best wishes for you, and I think I can speak for the whole GSTwin family in saying we're all here to support you.
