Wrong size main jets?

I'm running a stock exhaust, stock airbox with a UNI filter.  Are 127.5 mains going to mess up my performance?  I can't seem to get my bike to run right and this is the only thing I haven't changes yet.

I think everything else is good:

40 pilot
3 turns out
2 washers on needles (maybe should go with 1?)

What do you guys think?
