Speeding Ticket Question?

Hey everybody I just recently just got off driving probation for having 2 speeding tickets last year, but any ways go figure I got a ticket last night around 2 in the morning, 45 on a 30. Ok the question is that the cop had all of his lights off not a single light on, now I live in Texas and he was also hiding in the median, and thats how he got me but anwayz is there a way I could fight this, I though it was illegal to have no lights on and kinda dangerous on the road he was on the be sitting there like that in the median? Thankz

It depends on if your state has a law stating that the cop car has to be in plain visable sight or not. See the post in this section named 310.00 which there are a few good tricks in there you could try
