You beat me to it.. Thats what I was going to suggest..

Good job..
I am anxious to see how your bike runs after this..

My brother-in-law took mine out yesterday while I was at work and nearly killed himself..

It boggs like riding in sand until you hit between 5 and 6 grand,, Then all of a sudden it has ooooodles of power..

He said he was just giving it gas trying to get it to move and all of a sudden it kicked in, pulled the front wheel a foot off of the ground and he nearly lost it..

That should teach him.. Stay off my bikes when I am not at home..  :nono:

well it took me awhile w/ the whole pilot thing, but i got it straightened out.  after that it was cake. i fired her up and everything is peachy.  3 turns out and it looks like i dont have to make any adjustments.  has a significant power increase and its louder when u open it up.  also NO flat spots.  its amazing.  perfect acceleration.  ok i'll stop now.

Now give us a complete run down..

Pilots, jets, shims, intake, exhaust, a/f

Give us your entire specs..

150 mains, 40 pilots, 1 washer under the needle, 3 turns out.  wileyco slipon, K&N lunchbox.

got to really test it out today. put about 100 miles on.  no flat spots at all whatsoever.  sounds great and really loud when opened up.  can definately feel more power too.  front wheel comes up easier than ever.  sometimes accidentally.
