Where's that "How to buy a moto" link?

I saw someone post it...  I searched for it and I now can't find it.  :x  It had everything to check when buying a moto (which I didn't do when I bought mine )

A friend of mine is buying a 70's Honda and since I'm NO expert, I wanted to forward the link to him...
