However the whole thing is BS ... cos no way cop knew that he had 2 grams of anyhting ...
And
Some of this supply side drug enforcements are more harm than good ... The best way is to tackle the problem from the demand side ... but OK I get one part of it ... supply side enforcement makes it harder and pricier to get so its out of reach of more people ... but hey its still the poor that are on it ... just making it more $$$ hasn't made it a rich man's drug ...
