well in a civics defense i dont belive that is any civic taillight. it does however appear to be an aftermarket taillight for some car. wtf is wrong with people. that is soo soooo wrong.

Wow... That looks like shaZam!...

I saw the aftermath of a guy like that. He painted his entire house, as well as everything in it matte black. This included the inside of the refrigerator. Then he splattered neon colors on all the walls. You didn't even have to be high to feel like your head was going to explode in that place.

looks like poo...not to mention the fact that having a red light on the front of a vehicle is both dangerous and illegal, and that a back-up light is not brigt enough to work as a headlight.
