OK I got 4 welds made ... I believe I have just enough to cover the ones that ordered. So I'll have to close the door on these. OK if some more people want the 4 welds I'll make 4 more (have steel ... wanted to make 2 welds ... but I have some left after the 2 weld people have bought them ... see I used to make and sell 2 welds almost exclusively ... so no idea if the 4 weld is going to take off ... In any case this will be my last run for a while ... need to wrap up the stuff so I can hold on to my job and try to make a living ... too much physical labor is killing me ...
2 welds - I have a few extra ... Maybe 2-3 more.
Few Flanges are available. Order up and I'll have it out in a day or so.
The least favorite part of making parts ... shipping them out ...  :x ...
Anyway ... I am still looking for a box for the can/flange Roadstergal ...
I have 1 SS wileyco and flange for sale for $110 ...
Today it should go hopefully... too big or too small or the wrong shape to fit in the chute at post office ...  :x ...
So everyone's stuff has been sent this weekend Unless you had a bar also ordered ... and those will go out in a few days (bars need coating etc)
I sent out some email asking for more info to some people that ordered stuff ... please respond ... So I can be sure what you need.

Now I also have a can I can get (check wof page 6-7-8 ) and that red can and the Ti FMF are available. They wont need a flange for a 01+ bike ... sorta direct fit ... You can do that ... will be more $$ cos its like $225-240 for those.

$200+ is a bit much for me, I'll check out those WileyCo's on eBay. How much do your flanges cost and can you get any out any time soon?

Is there any difference in the CF ones and the SS cans? I ride with lots of i4's so I'm really looking to just smoothen my sound out while still freeing up some flow. I love my GS but IMO it doesnt sound good, doesnt have that smooth i4 sound. Do the two cans (CF and SS) have distince sound characteristics or are they just a looks kinda thing?

SS sounds a shade more metallic. I like that over CF. CF is more mellow.

I'll send you a flange with your 2 weld order ... that's like a 50% discount ... new flanges were better ... literally a pleasure to make and a pleasure to fit ... grind off that weld and put these on. Or Fine How's free shipping on bar ... if you dont want flange. Or send me your header and I'll grind up the weld for you and make it buttery smooth and send back with bar so all you do is fit it and slip on the flange and put on wileyco - OK 1 week round trip time you'd lose wihtout riding - I'll send you my header and 1 new flange with your bar order, you send yours back - you pay for all shipping though ... one of those has to be your favorite ...  :lol: My header is nice and un rusted/dented/damaged and cut at the right spot etc.
