Can anyone tell me what the model # is on the can. Ive been looking for one and am not sure what one I would need for the GS  :dunno:  Next, if I get one and I use the flange do you need to rejet :dunno: Please dont hurt me im sure this has been asked before

Any of them should work, mine was for a GSXR 750, but the CBR ones will work also. You can get the flange with the choker in it, if you don't want to rejet.
