Gave the NWS for the breast on the bike... you can never be too careful.

The luggage for the GS fit the Breva, so I saved some on not getting the luggage that I planned to get.  So I decided to take some of that and make the investment in a really comfy seat.

I've pimped Rich's before.  Guy knows how to make bike seats.  I headed over this morning.  He pulled the skin off of the seat, had me sit on it and describe what I wanted, and one of his henchmen took the marked-up seat and started to work on it.

My Breva looked kinda funny next to Rich's LT.

Heck, it looked kinda funny next to a customer's smaller bimmer.

His demo bike.  A paintless Harley, all done in leather.

I've seen this bike there before; I don't know its story.  The paint job is absolutely top-notch work, despite the gratuitous boobage.

Other customers coming in.

As the seat takes shape, one of the henchmen will bring it over to Rich, he'll muck with it, and then he'll give it back.

After about 45 minutes, he slapped it back on the bike and had me ride it around the neighborhood.  I brought it back with commentary.  He worked on it some more.  I rode it around and brought it back with more commentary.  He did some final tweaks, put in a gel pad, and put the original cover back on.

I went to work, then did some errands on the way home this evening.  Absolute ass nirvana.  The seat fits perfectly, it soaks up the road bumps, and when I come to a stop, I just put my feet down instead of sliding forward.  It's not cheap, but it's worth it!  I especially like how it keeps the stock look.
Although - it's the same price out the door as a Corbin seat's pre-shipping price, and it's a lot more comfy than a Corbin would be (not to mention that they don't make a Breva seat, although they do for a GS500E).  It would be cheaper than a Corbin if I skipped the gel pad.

but it's Betti Page, so it's classy boobage.

i really dig the WWII fighter look.

"Absolute ass nirvana"

I need look no further to find a suitable epitaph.  I better log off and change my will.
