I broke off the screw on the bar end, i tried taping it out today. That didnt work for shaZam!, i ended up drilling the thing to hell. and now like pieces are stuck in there and i really dont know what to do. so any advice on that would be great!! also if i drive with one of the bar ends missing is it gonna affect the riding??? when i drive it, it doesnt seem different but just wanna double check.

How big are those pieces? riding without bar ends is not a problem at all.  the right hand one fell off my bike and it took me a while to replace. It's totally fine.  My guess is once you get replacement ends, just push the pieces you can't get further in and bolt on the new ones.

the bar ends typically help reduce vibration and protect from little 'whoopsies' that happen. Other than that, relax, ride, and figure out how to get the parts out.

maybe you can drill out the whole thing and put some push-in bar ends on.
